I felt like there just wasn’t enough proof or explanation to make me feel confident. The communication was unclear, which got frustrating because I had to guess what was actually being shown or promised. A little more detail and transparency would’ve made a big difference.

I liked that the site had some solid info about the animals and conservation, and it definitely helped us get a little prepared before our visit. But using it felt a bit like the goalposts kept moving, I’d think I found the section I needed, then it would be light on details or harder to get to than expected. It’s fine for basic learning, but I really wish there was more kid-friendly stuff to click around and explore.

We visited the safari park recently, and the parking situation was a real letdown. It took us ages to find a space, and the signs around the car park were confusing and not very helpful. A couple of staff members did try to point us in the right direction, which I appreciated, but by that point we were already frustrated and running late. It just wasn’t a great way to start the day. I ended up raising it with guest services because it feels like something that really needs to be sorted out, especially with so many families arriving at the same time.

We visited on a really hot day, and I’ll admit I’m probably more sensitive to heat than some people, but the lack of shade made it uncomfortable for me. A lot of the paths felt totally exposed, and it was harder than I expected to find a decent spot to cool off for a few minutes. Seating was also limited in a few areas, so we ended up just standing around more than we wanted. The park itself is okay, but if you ask me, they really need to improve the shade and seating situation

I was impressed with how clean everything was, even the bathrooms, which is usually where you can tell if a place really keeps up with things. Definitely appreciated the effort, and I’d hope that kind of experience is recognized with some sort of discount or compensation for customers.

The paths were really clear, which made getting around super easy. The staff helped a lot too, always nice when you don’t have to wander around confused, you know?

The ticket price was 100% fair for what we got. Booking was super easy, and there were no random extra fees popping up at the end, which I appreciated a lot. For a full day out, it was definitely worth it for us. I’d absolutely go again, especially if I was planning ahead with family

The lines got kind of messy sometimes, like it wasn’t always super clear where to go or who was next, which was a little annoying in the moment, but the staff did try to help and keep things moving. It wasn’t perfect, but you could tell they were doing their best.

I went with my kids, and it ended up being frustrating for us. There was a lot more walking than I expected, not many easy places to sit and take a break, and the kids got tired fast. Some areas were also kind of confusing to navigate with a stroller, which made it more stressful. For the price, I really thought it would be a smoother experience with little ones. We ended up leaving earlier than planned, and everyone was just kind of grumpy by the end.

I checked out sdzsafaripark.org because I’d heard a lot of good things, so I feel like I went in with reasonable expectations. I’m not trying to be overly picky, but some of the habitats looked a bit dry and worn down. A few enclosures just didn’t feel as natural or well-kept as I thought they would. The animals seemed mostly okay from what I could tell, so it wasn’t like the whole visit was terrible. I just couldn’t help leaving with the feeling that some of the spaces could use more shade, care, and upkeep. Maybe I caught it on an off day, but for the reputation it has, I was a little disappointed.

I was expecting to see more animals, so that was a bit of a letdown. After a while it all started to feel kinda the same, and I just got bored... I don’t know, I thought there’d be more to it.

we saw plenty of animals during our visit. a few were hiding, but that's normal. overall, it was a really nice day and i'm glad we went.

The tickets were already expensive enough, and then food and parking piled on even more. It felt like every little basic thing was another charge. When I mentioned it, all I got was one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type apologies, which somehow made it more annoying. For what we paid, it just wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t go again at these prices

The food was better than I expected for a park. The kids seemed to really like the fries and pizza, so that was a win. I’d probably take off about a star though because the prices felt a bit on the high side.

I mainly went for the animals, but the keeper talks ended up being the best part of the day. They shared fun little stories and facts without it feeling like a lecture, and the kids actually stayed quiet and listened, which felt like a small win for me. The staff were friendly, and the park was easy to get around. I’d definitely go again

I did get my tickets booked in the end, so I can’t complain too much. The pages were loading slowly, and the confirmation email took a while to show up, which made me a little nervous. I get that these things happen, especially if the site’s busy, but I kept checking my inbox just to make sure everything actually went through.
